On a Friday, almost 2,000 years ago, many people who loved Jesus were weeping and mourning. Jesus had been crucified. All hope seemed lost. Mary and Joseph lost their first born son. The disciples lost their rabbi, their teacher, their Messiah and the Jews who believed in Jesus lost their chance of being liberated from Roman rule. The Messiah who was healing the sick and raising the dead couldn't save himself. But Sunday was coming. Weeping may endure for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
