In the book of Isaiah, chapters 1-39 addresses the sins of the people and in chapters 40-66, reveals the future of the Coming Messiah, the Righteous King and the new earth. The phrase " Prepare the Way for the LORD" is mentioned in chapter 40. John the Baptist preached "prepare the way for the LORD" before Jesus was revealed to the Jewish people and the world. He told the people they should repent or change their minds about sin, and to produce fruits in keeping with repentance. We are the John the Baptist generation called to prepare the way for the second coming of King Jesus. Jesus is coming soon. Get ready your heart, get your ready your home, get ready the people of God. "A voice of one who cries: Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord [clear away the obstacles]; make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God! [Mark 1:3.] Every valley shall be lifted and filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked and uneven shall be made straight and level, and the rough places a plain. And the glory (majesty and splendor) of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it. [Luke 3:5, 6.]" Isaiah 40:3-5 AMPC Please visit us at https://www.wearscriptures.com to purchase Christian clothing, gifts, etc. Strengthen your faith. Wear Scriptures!
