In Mathew 24, Jesus tells us that Heaven and earth shall pass away but His Words will never pass away. Jesus is the Word of God and the Word of God is eternal. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God." John 1:1-2 NKJV We can trust God's Word to sustain us when we encounter trials in this world. The challenges come to make us strong and to perfect our faith. "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17 NKJV
